Houston is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Getting around Houston is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Texas's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

First time checking out this food truck today. The flavor profile was absolutely fire. Super friendly chefs as well. 10/10 great food and great people. This plant based food is something special.

Hands down one of the best vegan food trucks I’ve ever been to. The burger was absolutely incredible, juicy, flavorful, and so satisfying that you forget it’s plant-based. And the desserts? Next level. Easily the best vegan desserts I’ve ever tried. Everything was fresh, well-seasoned, and made with care. This place is proof that vegan food can be bold, comforting, and unforgettable. I’ll definitely be back even with the three hour drive!

Had the spiciest chicken sandwich on the menu, and it was DELICIOUS and the best I’ve ever had. The mac n cheese was the best I’ve ever had as well. The food is a bit pricy but worth it because of the flavor and portions. Will come back!

The only issue I had was driving around to find the food truck due to construction. From the side of the road it looks closed, however I seen a little light that let me know the truck was on. To be fair I drove here from NC and didn’t know anything about Houston, others could probably find it easier. Next, the customer service was simple and sweet and that I like. The food was INCREDIBLE! I remember being a non vegan many years ago and ordering the rodeo burger from checkers/rally’s back in IL/IN, and when I tell you this tasted better than any rodeo burger I’ve ever had it did! Everything was HOT and FRESH! The flavor was soooooo good. Now I can due without vegan bacon, but it wasn’t that bad. It all mixed up perfectly. Next time I’ll just bring me some purple onion lol to go with my onion rings on top. The fresh were so perfect even when I didn’t finish them and they weren’t crispy any more they were still delicious soft and cold lol. I didn’t get a drink because I just like regular lemonade or water and they had flavor lemonade, and soda I don’t do either. Love this place, my kids even tried some and we agreed we would be back to try so much more ❤️

Got the magic city sandwich with cheese and bacon. It was decent. I’ve had much better vegan chicken sandwiches, but it was good enough. The winner here was the fries. The waffle fries are nice and crispy, well seasoned, and overall delicious. Price definitely on the higher end. 20 bucks for a sandwich isn’t anything to sneeze at. The location is really cool though. There’s a few other vegan vendors and spots to get drinks, plus cool games and live music. Definitely a cool place to visit for vegans.
